However, if a company in the United States adheres to the "Safe Harbor Principles" they are deemed safe, therefore those companies do meet the EU legislation.
Testamentor.com does NOT have any access to your data placed in your Dropbox folders/accounts (the "Data"). Testamentor.com is NOT able to use Data, collect or work with the Data. The Core Service provided by the Testamentor.com relies in fact that upon fulfillment of certain conditions we are entitled by you to send links to Dropbox folders to the email addresses which you have referred for such a case in the Testamentor´s account.
